I have lived in Las Vegas for 6 years now. That is 6 America birthdays. Each 4th of July there are all these amazeballs billion dollar fireworks shows on the strip. I usually watch them from like my patio or the grocery store or something like that but I have never been on the strip for the 4th. This year it was going to be different, though!

In the morning it was time for the maritime portion of the trip. We got on the bus and headed to Islas Ballestas. In South America that falls a little short of a cruise. Yeah, the boat broke a propeller, ran out of gas and broke down twice.

Buenos Aires Solo

Taking on BA Solo!

I arrived in Buenos Aires last night. I had a terrible Spanish conversation with the cab driver on the way to the hotel. (Saved 60 Pesos!) I am stoked to have a private room! I also have TV, a private bathroom with hot water and wifi! It is the actual trifecta of awesome by Latin American standards!!!
